AI Skills
Every partner engagement started with a pile of client material and ended, days later, with tickets a team could pick up. These are the skills that collapsed that gap, plus the design system this site is built on. They’re public because the reasoning in them is worth more than the code.

5 skillsThe design system this site runs on, written up as skills: typography, motion, colour, glass, layout. Each one teaches the principle first and uses the real implementation as the worked example, so the numbers are copyable defaults rather than a spec you have to adopt whole.

5 skillsHow I actually run delivery. Most of these chain into one pipeline: client material in, tracked work in Linear out. Each still works on its own.
Two of them stop and wait for a person. The roadmap generator stops before it commits to a plan, and the Linear sync stops before it writes anything into the tracker. Not because the model is unreliable at those steps; it's about as reliable there as anywhere else. The gates are there because that's where being wrong gets expensive to undo. A bad requirement is a paragraph somebody rewrites in the next pass. Forty bad tickets in a live project is somebody's morning spent deleting them, and after that nobody on the team trusts the tool again. So the gates sit where the blast radius is, not at every step, and everything upstream of them runs unattended.
