• Built the internal PM pipeline the product team runs delivery on: four chained Claude agent skills taking client documents through requirements, PRD, roadmap, and Linear tickets, with human approval gates at the two stages that commit. Cut document-set production from 30–60 minutes to about 5 per engagement. Installed globally and used by both PMs across 16–20 active projects. Public on GitHub.
• Scoped a healthcare operations platform down to a two-product wedge after mapping every use case against our internal build library. Argued against building the data foundation first. The wedge qualified into a build and is live with design partners.
• Designed the scoring architecture and risk weighting model for a property decision engine: 31 factors across pricing and risk, roughly 25 data sources, weights personalised by buyer profile. Live and used by real buyers in the New York market.
• Held UX and delivery ownership on 8–10 concurrent partner engagements, working with 60+ developers across them.
• Ran initial prospect calls and technical deep-dives with founders to evaluate partner fit and product-market alignment.
• Owned TheAgentic's design language and brand identity end to end.

• Designed the TheAgentic console end to end, 10+ screens, bridging agentic backend processes to an interface people could actually use. The primary surface for every partner engagement running on the platform.
• Led design and product on CortexON, an open-source multi-agent system. Defined agent handoffs and what a user sees during long autonomous runs, which is the hardest interface problem in agent products. 450+ GitHub stars, 75+ forks.
• Shipped 3 co-products from concept to launch and built the visual systems for the TheAgentic and CortexON brands.
• Owned UX across 3 client engagements end to end.

• Reworked the platform UI across 30+ screens to enable self-serve onboarding, increasing self-onboarding by 34% with no human guidance required.
• Built 4 co-product websites in Figma and Framer.
• Ran 400+ prospect calls over 19 months at a 60%+ conversion rate to next-stage opportunities, and led a 3-person sales operations micro-team. Small team, everyone carried funnel work alongside their craft.
• Created the full visual system: logo, pitch decks, technical sales material, brochures, and social assets.
